Let's Make Gohei-Mochi, a traditional Japanese rice cake with sweet miso sauce! (Presented by SIED)

This project aims to help participants discover a new aspect of Japanese food and culture by making and tasting Gohei-mochi, a traditional local dish from the mountainous regions of the Chubu area in Japan. We hope you will enjoy the simple yet nostalgic flavor of Gohei-mochi.

Participation Fee	Free
Capacity	12 Doshisha students *A lottery will be held if there are too many applications.
Clothes	Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.
