Hello, we are SIED!

Zazen is a method of training in the Rinzai sect of Zen Buddhism, which had strong ties with the samurai government of the Kamakura and Muromachi Shogunate periods.
Why not experience Zazen, which is said to be one of traditional examples of meditation in Japan?
