Doshisha University Merit Scholarships for Self-Funded International Students Renewal Application Procedures（Those Renewing in March 2025）

This scholarship will be due for renewal in March 2025 (at the end of the second year), and all students who wish to receive this scholarship after April 2025 must apply for renewal.Please apply from the following web form by January 20, 2025 (Monday). (Required time: approx. 1 minute)

※Students enrolled in and before Academic Year of 2020 do not need to apply for renewal.

*If you do not complete the procedure by the above deadline, it will be judged that you do not intend to renew, and renewal will not be approved. There are no remedies in any circumstances, so please be sure to apply if you are eligible.

*On December 6th, 2024, OIS has sent an e-mail to the university e-mail address of the eligible students informing them of the renewal application procedure. If you have not received the notification email from OIS, you are not eligible to renew the scholarship this time.

*Please note that the renewal application procedure does not necessarily guarantee that the scholarship will be paid.

*Whether or not applicable for renewal and the reduction rate will be decided based on your academic performance by the end of the second year.

*The duration of the scholarship is up to the standard number of years required for graduation. (However, time taken off for military leave is excluded.)
