Hello! This is SIED. 

On Friday, October 31st, we held the SIED-organized event “Halloween Party 2025” at the International Community Lounge on the Imadegawa Campus. A total of 17 participants joined us, including 13 international students and 4 local students. 

The event began with a quiz to learn fun facts about Halloween, deepening everyone's understanding of its origins and customs around the world. Participants then shared how they celebrate Halloween in their home countries and their memories of the holiday, creating a valuable opportunity to discover cultural differences and commonalities. 

We also played Halloween games like handmade “ring toss,” “ghost shooter,” and “Chase the Ghosts Away with Caps!” 

Many participants came in costumes, creating a bright and cheerful atmosphere. Throughout the event, not only Japanese and English but also various other languages were spoken, making it a vibrant moment unique to SIED where cultures intersect.
