Spotlights

On Wednesday, November 19, the SIED hosted an event titled “Let’s make your own Aboriginal Dot Paintings!” at the International Community Lounge on Imadegawa Campus, welcoming a total of nine participants—seven international students and two local students. 

 

During the event, participants learned about the Indigenous peoples of Australia and created their own Aboriginal dot-painted bookmarks. Everyone thoughtfully considered the meanings behind the patterns they chose and produced unique and expressive works.
