Report: “Let’s make a New Year’s card!” (presented by SIED)

Hello! We are SIED.

On December 21st(Thu.), SIED hosted an event, ”Let’s make a New Year’s card!” at International Community Lounge on Imadegawa campus.
1 international student and 2 local students, 3 students in total participated in this event! In this event, we made “Nengajo” by using brush pens or stamps. Most participants drew dragons which is 2024’s zodiac or put dragon stickers on them, so their Nengajo were colorful and beautiful. Every participant made their original Nengajo for someone that they love. Participants made it while talking, so they deepened a friendship!

We hope all participants had a wonderful experience through our event. We will host many other intercultural events throughout the year, so don’t miss it!
