On the 3rd period of April 28th (Thu.), we held an event “Be Imaginative! Imagination×Disaster Prevention -Let’s play Disaster Imagination Game at Doshisha-“.
First, participants were given a lecture about disaster and about preventing them.
Next, they shared ideas of places that might have risks of disaster: fire, broken glass, and falling objects, for example. Participants used Google Map on their phones to confirm the way to evacuation places which are the baseball field and the athletic field.
Through these activities, participants simulated they walked to these places and learned about prevention of disaster using their “imagination”.
SIED offers various kinds of events involving international interaction in and out the university, taking preventive measures against COVID-19. We are looking forward to your participation!
