SIED hosted “Lunch Talk” during lunch time on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays during the 2017 fall semester at the International Community Lounge on Imadegawa campus.
“Lunch Talk” is one of SIED’s most popular events where students enjoy talking in four languages - English, Korean, Chinese and Japanese (the languages differ depending on the days) while having lunch. Participants also talk about each country’s culture or other various topics. One student said “I was able to not only learn the language but also make new friends!”
SIED will hold this lunchtime event in 2018 again. We hope to see you all in the next semester’s “Lunch Talk”!
