“Scavenger Hunt”, a welcome event for new international students, was held on Imadegawa and Kyotanabe campus on Wednesday, April 4th. 38 students including 23 international students at Imadegawa and 13 students including seven international students at Kyotanabe joined the event.
The participants were divided into some groups and explored the campus. They aimed to complete missions such as “Take a picture with a horse”, “Find a picture of Jo Neesima” and “Borrow a PC at Learning Commons”. Although some missions were tricky even for upper-class students, all students shared their ideas actively to clear the missions.
All participants seemed to enjoy the hunt while communicating with one another and getting familiar with the campus. SIED strives to host many interesting intercultural events for you. We look forward to seeing you all in our future events!
