“Scavenger Hunt,” a welcome event for new international students, was held on Imadegawa campus on Thursday, September 27th. 26 students including 20 international students from 13 countries joined the event. The participants were divided into small groups and explored the campus.
They aimed to complete missions sent to them on their smartphones by SIED. Some of the missions included borrowing a laptop PC at the Learning Commons, finding a sentence from the bible on the wall of Meitoku-Kan. All participants seemed to enjoy the hunt while getting familiar with a campus/ discovering what they did not know about the campus before. They also interacted with one another actively and made new friends.
SIED will host various fun events throughout the semester. Please feel free to join us!
