On December 5th, SIED held an event “Let’s enjoy taking photograph at Kyoto Botanical Garden”.
First, the participants took photos of autumn leaves, which were in the perfect season to see in early December. Taking some advice by staff, participants could take beautiful and unique photos. They shared what they took and exchanged impressions each other. It was interesting for all of us to discover new point of view in photographing.
Next, the participants in two groups went by different routes in the garden. Group A went to Perennial Garden and Bonsai Exhibition. On the other hand, group B went around a fountain and Rose Garden. They enjoyed watching eccentric plants and beautiful flowers and taking photos of them.
After we met up again, they titled their best photo and shared impressions. We were glad to see the participants having interaction through walking and taking photos in the garden full of nature.
SIED offers various kinds of events involving international interaction in and out the university, taking preventive measures against COVID-19. We are looking forward to your participation!
